I hope you’ve gotten through the Section 1: Discovery Exercise and Section 2: Become a Compassionate Observer sections of lesson 2 at this point. Be sure to use the resources provided that give examples of self-defeating beliefs, and the feelings people have when their needs are not being met, as well as feelings they have when their needs are being met.

Set a goal of turning one self-defeating belief or

judgment into a compassionate observation by the end

of this week on the worksheet provided.
